Stop motion, blurred motion, perspective, composition and other situations will be discussed and used for assignments. Field trips can be planned if desired. Better Back Care - 312001

Better Back Care Exercise Class
This class is for people with low back pain. It is a 4 week class that meets in a small group fitness setting, we will work on stretching and strengthening the back, hips, legs, and abdominals. We do exercises on yoga mats, chairs, and/or standing. If you are unable to do a certain exercise, there is always an alternate exercise for you! The instructor has a Masters of Science in Exercise and Sport Science- Exercise Physiology. Is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) and has a current American Heart Association BLS certificate.
